Fly-In or drive to the CAF Hangar for Piper Cub Day. Display your Piper Cub while you enjoy breakfast in the Historic CAF Hangar.  Even if you don't fly in, you can drive to the CAF Hangar, have breakfast and "meet the Cubs" on static display. Talk to the pilots, owners and get to know the history of this aircraft.  It was designed as a trainer and was well suited for a variety of military uses. In WWII it was produced in large numbers as the L-4 Grasshopper. Today it is a very popular general aviation aircraft.
